Title Modelling Daily Flows in Tokat Uğrak Catchment

Abstract This research is carried out in Tokat Uğrak catchment which is 7 km2. In the study, observed flow data and simulated flow data for the period of 1997-2001, are compared with the help of MIKE 11 NAM hydrologic model. The sensitivity study of the model with 14 parameters and the most sensitive parameter of the model identified, is the root zone storage (Lmax) parameter with maximum water content. Model performance is evaluated with the help of EI (Efficiency Index) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) indexes. The model, successfully identified the cumulative volumetric flow a for five years period. But, the relation between observed and simulated flow are not good enough.
