Abstract Today, the conditions of speedy changing are reigning. It seems that the best way for to adaptation to the changing conditions is to keep in reserve the customer who had consumptive before because the cost of obtaining new customers is bigger than keeping customers in reserve. Settling here, customer satisfaction brings itself fore in taking customers to consumption again and customer’s behaviours, defining their consumption mould will be more important than the others. The strategies for the potential and present customers are found in the process of constituting customer satisfaction.
